Pure Briscola
These Terms govern your use of Pure Briscola. The app is provided for personal entertainment. All gameplay data stays on your device. Tip Jar contributions are handled by Apple or Google.
Intellectual Property
The App, its original card art, and all its content are the exclusive intellectual property of Lorenzo Perrone. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without prior written permission.
Fair Play
Pure Briscola does not manipulate hands to push purchases. Difficulty levels change how the AI chooses moves and remembers cards, not the cards it receives.
Local Data
Pure Briscola stores matches, settings, and statistics exclusively on your device. It is your sole responsibility to back up your data. The Developer is not liable for any data loss.
Tip Jar
Tip Jar contributions are voluntary and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Except where required by law, contributions are final and non-refundable, and never modify the rules of the game.
Third-Party Platforms
These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not Apple or Google. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Age Requirement
The App is not intended for children under 13. By using the App, you confirm you are at least 13 years old.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy.
