• The current saved match, including hand state and table state, is stored locally on the device so you can resume play.
• Language, accessibility, and visual mode preferences are stored locally so the app can restore your chosen experience.
• Aggregate statistics such as games played, wins, losses, and scope count are stored locally and never transmitted.

Purposes of Processing

• To run matches of classic Scopa and 4-player team Scopa against offline AI opponents on your device.
• To save and resume matches and to remember your settings between sessions.
• To show aggregate statistics about your own play, stored locally on the device.

Third-party services and transfers

• No advertising SDK, analytics SDK (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics), or remote backend is included in the app.
• Optional Tip Jar purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Pure Scopa does not receive your full card or payment method details.

Security measures

• Saved matches, settings, and statistics are stored inside the app sandbox and local persistence layers on the device.
• Pure Scopa does not request access to camera, microphone, contacts, or GPS location.
• No method of local storage is absolutely secure; the developer does not maintain server-side copies of gameplay data.

Retention and deletion

• Local data remains on the device until you delete it from within the app, uninstall Pure Scopa, or clear the app data through the operating system.
• The developer does not keep server-side copies of gameplay data, settings, or statistics.

Privacy choices and user rights

• You can use Pure Scopa without creating any account.
• You can reset settings, statistics, or app data at any time through the operating system or by uninstalling the app.
• Tip Jar contributions are entirely optional and never change the rules or fairness of the game.

If you are located in the European Union, you may exercise GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability by contacting the developer through the support email on this page. Because Pure Scopa keeps gameplay data locally on the device, most rights are exercised directly through device controls and in-app deletion.

Google Play Data safety and Apple App Privacy labels may use narrower definitions of “collect” that focus on off-device transmission. Pure Scopa is designed to be fully on-device; Tip Jar in-app purchases are the only external service, handled by Apple and Google. Store disclosures must remain aligned with the actual released build.
