Diminuendo Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Diminuendo. The app is provided as a sleep timer utility for personal use. All settings stay on your device.
Intellectual Property
The App and all its content are the exclusive intellectual property of Lorenzo Perrone. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without prior written permission.
Media Playback Control
Diminuendo uses Android Notification Listener access to detect the active media player and send a standard pause command when the timer expires. It does not access or store your listening history, track titles, or media library.
Local Settings
Diminuendo stores timer settings exclusively on your device. It is your responsibility to back up your preferences if needed. The Developer is not liable for any settings loss.
Third-Party Players
Diminuendo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify, YouTube, or any music streaming provider. Notification Listener access is used only to send a standard pause command; Diminuendo does not access your playback history, track titles, or media library.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or device malfunction.
Age Requirement
The App is not intended for children under 13. By using the App, you confirm you are at least 13 years old.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy.
