HicNow
These Terms govern your use of HicNow. The app is provided for personal reflection and emotional grounding. All data stays on your device. Tip Jar contributions are handled by Apple or Google.
Intellectual Property
The App and all its content are the exclusive intellectual property of Lorenzo Perrone. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without prior written permission.
Medical and Therapeutic Disclaimer
HicNow is a personal space for reflection and private memory. It is NOT a medical or therapeutic tool. It does not replace professional psychological or medical support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services.
Local Data
HicNow stores all capsule data exclusively on your device. It is your sole responsibility to perform periodic backups. The Developer is not liable for any data loss.
Voluntary Contributions (Tip Jar)
Tip Jar contributions are voluntary and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Except where required by law, contributions are final and non-refundable.
Third-Party Platforms
These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not Apple or Google. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Age Requirement
The App is not intended for children under 13. By using the App, you confirm you are at least 13 years old.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy.
