These Terms govern your use of HicRenew as a personal recurring-expense tracking utility. HicRenew is designed to keep all records on your device; its calculations and reminders are organizational tools and do not constitute financial, legal, or banking advice.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use HicRenew on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app and its original design, architecture, and code remain the intellectual property of Lorenzo Perrone.
HicRenew is an organizational and tracking tool, not a bank, accounting service, financial adviser, or legal adviser. Totals, projections, reminders, and insights depend on user input and should be checked before you make financial or contractual decisions.
All features in HicRenew are 100% unlocked and available to all users without paywalls, recurring fees, or advertisements. If you find the app valuable, you may choose to support independent development through an optional in-app tip processed by Apple StoreKit. Tips are voluntary donations and do not grant special contractual privileges.
Cancellation notice period calculations and reminders are designed to assist your planning. Device operating systems, battery optimization modes, or user settings may occasionally delay or suppress local notifications. You remain solely responsible for verifying formal contract deadlines and submitting cancellations on time.
HicRenew stores core records locally and does not operate a developer-side cloud backup. You are responsible for creating encrypted backup archives (.hicrenew) and safely retaining your chosen password. A backup cannot be decrypted without the correct password.
Smart Add and natural language parsing run strictly on-device to extract proposed expense details for your review. HicRenew never commits an unreviewed suggestion as a confirmed financial record.
iCloud Drive and Google Drive are optional destinations selected by you. Their availability, authentication, storage, and service terms are governed by the respective platform providers. HicRenew is not responsible for provider outages or file handling outside the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including missed renewals, inaccurate user-entered data, provider outages, or data loss.
HicRenew is not intended for children under 13. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required by applicable law in your location.
Features, supported platforms, device requirements, and integrations may change as HicRenew evolves. The privacy policy and store disclosures should be reviewed whenever a new version changes how data is handled.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
