These Terms govern your use of Morsino 1.0.0 as a personal food journal and nutrition utility. Morsino is designed to keep your records on your device. All nutritional values, estimations, and targets are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or dietary advice.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Morsino on compatible devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes. All original code, branding, artwork, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Lorenzo Perrone.
Morsino is an informational food journal and estimation utility. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, dietary treatment planner, or substitute for professional medical or nutrition advice. Values may be estimated, partial, or derived from user input or external databases. Always verify critical facts regarding allergies, medical conditions, or medications with qualified healthcare professionals.
Morsino stores food logs and preferences locally on your device without developer-side cloud synchronization or recovery. You are responsible for maintaining your device backups and exporting your data when needed. Morsino is not liable for data loss arising from device damage, OS resets, or unbacked-up uninstalls.
Optional barcode and product-name queries use Open Food Facts. Morsino does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of third-party product databases. Users must review all returned values before saving them.
Optional in-app support tiers (tip jar) are non-coercive voluntary contributions processed by Apple App Store subject to platform store terms. Purchases do not unlock medical features, subscriptions, or paywalled core functionality.
Features, supported operating systems, and integrations may evolve. Terms and privacy disclosures will be updated whenever changes occur. Where permitted by law, continued use of Morsino after revised Terms are published means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using Morsino.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the competent courts of Turin, Italy, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
